ABOUT ME
Max has dedicated his career to helping entrepreneurs succeed. He currently leads the team and supports Realtors® at Century 21 Assurance Realty Ltd., currently ranked the #2 overall C21 office in Canada out of 400 offices.
Max holds a BA in Psychology & Economics from Western University and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from York University's prestigious Schulich School of Business, where he led the business school's consulting practice and taught MBA's business consulting and strategic planning.
Max was originally licensed as a Realtor® in 1986 and worked as a top performing Commercial Realtor® in the GTA conducting numerous multi-million dollar investment, land, industrial, residential and commercial transactions.
In 1995, Max established TeamWorkWeb.com and has been one of Canada's leading strategic planners. He helped many of Canada's most successful Realtors, Brokerages, Corporations and Entrepreneurs build and execute great careers and winning game plans. The past and current CEO of Royal LePage regularly retained Max's services for 20+ years to assist in their business turnaround and create plans for various Brokerages, Realtors and important strategic initiatives.
Max worked as a long term strategic adviser / coach with several of Canada's most successful entrepreneurial leaders who built companies like Trimark Sportswear, HKMB Insurance (now Hub International) and LaserNetworks.
Max has also conducted strategic planning, market research studies and organizational transformations with high profile companies / brands like Nike, Adidas, Coca Cola, Price Waterhouse Coopers, TD Bank, MTV, Air Canada Pilots, Molsons, Young President's Organization and many more.
Max is an avid golfer, skier, motorcyclist and boater. Max was certified as both a golf and ski instructor and is the author of a leadership fable told on the golf course called "Scoring Eagles". Max is happily married to his life and business partner Anna Carbone and they have three wonderful daughters who live in Calgary and Kelowna.
